It's incredible how science backs up spirituality. We live in such a world, where we have been conditioned since childhood to have doubts if there's no proof for it. We always ask for scientific evidence for things, if none- we don't believe them. Here's a small attempt from me to make you understand the Chakras-The 7 Energy centers in our body and how to activate them faster by understanding E = mc².




E = mc², Thanks to the great Mind of Albert Einstein who understood certain things about the Universe and studied the Yogic and ancient teachings- A BRILLIANT MIND! 

What this equation says is- ENERGY can be transformed into MASS and also MASS can also be transferred into ENERGY. It's universal and can be applied to EVERYTHING!

The 7 Chakras are also known as our energy centers. It's said in the ancient scriptures that once these Chakra's activated, you will have the key to blissfulness. Conscious breathing is a very powerful method to activate the chakras. 

If E = MC², then MC²=E. Now let's apply chakra-conscious breathing to the formula.

In the formula M represents the Physical act of Breathing practice, C² is the Individual and Collective consciousness together and E represents the Chakra Energy activation. 

What do we have now? Act of conscious breathing into the chakra centers, ACTIVATES THE CHAKRAS. Wow, Right?

How can you breathe consciously to the chakra centers?

Get into a comfortable position with back straight, bring your attention to the Energy centers one at a time- breathe in consciously and breathe out from the energy centers. Refer the image below to locate the energy centers in your body. 



Practice this daily by practicing conscious breathing to each chakras, and witness how blissful you will become and how your life changes. The main intention is to reduce the number of respiration per minute. The normal rate of respirationin human being is about fifteen breaths/minute. The Vital Energy(Prana) that sustains the subtle body flows in and out with the breath. As life depends on the process of breathing and some Vital Energy is lost during respiration, especially when the we express the emotions such as anger, anxiety, fear etc.

 


If you have noticed, when a person is scared/anxious/angry his breathing pattern changes and he breathes very fast. The emotional state TRANSFORMED INTO MASS(breathing pattern change). Well, Einstein's Law applied here as well. This breathing pattern change results in loss of some Vital Energy(Prana) and causes imbalance physically and also mentally. Conscious breathing is the secret behind the Yogi's who lived for long, Conscious breathing is the secret to the new trend Law of Attraction.
