How The Silva method for Manifestation works?

 I was so fascinated by spirituality, quantum physics, and neuroscience. If you have read books about tantra yoga(ancient Indian practice) it revolves around certain practices of cleansing your chakras(energy centers). In the Silva method, when we bring out attention towards the area between the eyebrows, basically we're focusing on your third eye Chakra. 

As you know, THE ENERGY FLOWS WHERE THE ATTENTION GOES, so when we put our attention toward the third eye-our brain produces alpha signals, and whatever you visualize - you're bringing your attention which draws energy to the third eye area.

 Einstein's famous E=mc2 formula states that Energy can be transformed into Mass. If we apply this to Silva's method, The Energy of Visualization which we bring into the third eye chakra, or the area between your eyebrows where your pineal gland resides will get transformed into physical reality. This means whatever we visualize(Energy form) will be and should be transformed into reality(Physical form/3D reality) Isn't that crazy when science backs up spirituality - and if we apply it to our life, we can create miracles?

 Most of the time I listen to Alpha frequencies whenever I visualize. It helps me to keep my brain in an alpha state throughout the visualization meditation and I have seen miracles happening in my life.
